Dental Implants in Turkey: Cost in 2026, What Is Included and Why It Is 60–70 % Less

The honest breakdown of what a dental implant costs in Turkey — per implant, per crown, All-on-4 and full mouth — compared with the UK, Ireland and Germany, and the five things that move the price.

"Dental implants Turkey cost" is one of the most searched dental phrases in the UK and Ireland — and one of the most confusingly answered. Some clinics advertise a single number; some hide the crown; some quote a "package" that turns out to exclude the bridge. This guide explains how implant pricing actually works, so you can compare quotes like a dentist would.

The three parts of an implant price

An implant is never one item. Every honest quote has three lines:

  1. The implant + abutment — the titanium screw in the bone and the connector on top. This is where the brand matters (Swiss Implant, Nobel Biocare, Straumann and others).
  2. The crown — the visible tooth, usually zirconia or E.max, priced separately.
  3. Extras only if you need them — extraction, bone graft, sinus lift, temporary tooth.

When a clinic quotes "implant from €X", ask which of the three that number covers.

Starting prices in Turkey vs the UK and Germany (2026)

In our clinic in Istanbul the starting prices per unit are published openly on the costs page. Broadly:

  • Single implant — the starting price in Turkey is roughly a third of a typical UK private fee for the same system; a Straumann or Nobel implant costs more than an entry-level system, in Turkey as everywhere.
  • Implant + zirconia crown — add the crown and the total is still usually less than half the UK figure.
  • All-on-4 per jaw — the saving is largest here, typically 60–70 %, because laboratory time (the biggest cost driver of a full-arch bridge) is much cheaper in Turkey.
  • Full mouth (both jaws) — quoted as two arches; both together are usually less than double one arch.

Why not one fixed number? Because two patients with "four missing teeth" can need completely different treatment — one needs four implants, the other two implants and a bridge, a third needs bone grafting first.

What is (and is not) included in a package

A serious Turkish implant package lists, item by item: implants and abutments, temporary teeth, final crowns or bridge, 3D CBCT scan, consultation and examination, local anaesthesia (sedation optional), hotel nights, VIP transfers and an English/German-speaking coordinator. Flights are never included. If any of these are missing from a quote, the "cheap" price is not comparable.

Why implants in Turkey cost less — the real reasons

  • Salaries and rent. A dental chair in Istanbul costs a fraction of one in London or Munich to run.
  • In-house or local laboratories. Crowns and bridges are milled locally at far lower lab fees.
  • Volume. Clinics that place implants every day negotiate better prices with the same manufacturers.

What does not explain the difference: the materials. Established Turkish clinics buy the same implant systems from the same companies.

Five things that move your price

  1. Implant system (entry-level vs. premium)
  2. Bone volume (grafting or sinus lift needed?)
  3. Crown/bridge material (acrylic-hybrid vs. zirconia)
  4. Number of teeth and whether existing teeth must be extracted
  5. Timing: two trips (standard) vs. immediate loading where the bone allows

How to get a real price

Not from a price list — from a dentist who has seen your case. Leave your details, a coordinator calls you, and after a dentist's assessment you receive a written, itemised quote that does not change unless the plan changes with your agreement. That is the only "implant cost in Turkey" worth trusting.
