Inlays & onlays in Turkey: what you need to know
When a cavity or old filling is too large for a durable direct filling, but most of the tooth wall is still healthy, a crown would remove more tooth than necessary. Inlays (inside the cusps) and onlays (covering one or more cusps) fill this gap.
They are made from ceramic in the laboratory from a digital scan and bonded into the tooth. The result is precise, strong and hard to distinguish from natural enamel.
