All-on-6 in Turkey: what you need to know
All-on-6 is the six-implant version of the full-arch concept. Like All-on-4 it replaces all teeth of one jaw with a fixed bridge, but two extra implants provide additional anchorage.
More implants mean the bite force is shared by more supports. That reduces the leverage on each implant and on the bridge — a real advantage in the upper jaw, where the bone is naturally softer, and for people who grind their teeth or have a strong bite. It also allows a slightly longer row of teeth at the back.
The trade-off: All-on-6 requires enough bone for six implants. If bone is limited, your dentist may recommend All-on-4 or a combination with bone grafting.

What the final bridge looks like
The final bridge usually has 12 teeth per jaw. Where bone and gum have receded, a small pink section restores the gum contour so that the teeth have natural proportions. The bridge is designed from photos of your face and tested as a temporary before the final version is made.

Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?
Neither is better in general. All-on-6 offers more support, All-on-4 needs less bone and surgery. The right choice depends on your jaw, bite and bone quality, which are assessed with a CBCT scan.
Can I have All-on-6 in one jaw and something else in the other?
Yes. Many patients combine a full-arch solution in one jaw with crowns, bridges or single implants in the other. Your plan is always built around your whole mouth.
How do I clean an All-on-6 bridge?

Can I get fixed temporary teeth with All-on-6 too?
